On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, Senator Tim Sheehy delivered a compelling Senate floor speech explaining the long-running war with Iran’s radical Islamist regime in Tehran. Sheehy stressed that the regime, which seized power 47 years ago through brutality and has never stopped, cares nothing about American politics or faith; it seeks to kill Americans and other atrocities it celebrates and rewards. The United States did not start the conflict but must finish it so another generation is not forced to fight the same murderous adversary. President Trump is acting preemptively to stop this enemy from obtaining or using nuclear weapons that could kill hundreds of thousands in multiple mushroom-cloud explosions, leaving no room for later regrets or mistakes. The regime has already killed and maimed enough Americans. Also, Erdogan of Turkey remains aligned with Iran, provides safe harbor to Hamas leaders, and has funded and supported Hamas and Hezbollah, which is why Turkey should receive no F-35s. Civilian nuclear energy for Saudi Arabia should likewise be opposed given its vast oil reserves; the UAE’s possession of such technology does not justify extending it to others, especially since the UAE was not involved in 9/11. Later, rogue prosecutor Jack Smith faces accusations of lying under oath during a December 2025 deposition before the House Judiciary Committee. Smith’s lawyers rejected the DOJ referral as meritless, asserting he testified fully aware of risks from the Trump Justice Department and that the questioning did not specifically cover text messages, while arguing the real motive is Trump’s desire to prosecute him. This is ironic given Smith’s own alleged constitutional overreach and prosecutorial tactics against Trump and others. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
