Then you’ve probably experienced heartbreak, grief, and disappointment! this episode will help you bring more intentionality and soften those edges with not only your creative practice itself but with the meaning making and peace that can come from coloring these experiences w intention instead of just reaction. This episode is very personal and hitting close to home because I’m experiencing a heartbreak that feels super devastating to me, even if I feel like from the outside it shouldn’t be as big a deal to me as it is. I had to end a friendship, partially because of my own mistakes. And so when we talk about living a wildly creative life, you know I include everything in that, and a huge part of this is intentionality. So if you have experienced grief or a big disappointment or failure or made a mistake that you regret, In these experiences it often feels like we don’t have control (and yes control is an illusion ha!) but these ideas will help you feel a healthy sense of autonomy over your experience esp if you’re a deep feeler who tends to get lost in an experience like heartbreak or disappointment.
