Hundreds of people are believed to be dead following a blast at a Gaza hospital. Palestinian and Israeli officials are at odds over who is to blame for the devastation. Jordan canceled a planned summit between President Biden and the leaders of Jordan, Egypt and the Palestinian Authority.
