David Crosby, one of the founding members of The Byrds and Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, has died at 81. Plus, actor Alec Baldwin and the “Rust” armorer will both be charged with involuntary manslaughter in the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins back in 2021. Hutchins was struck and killed after Baldwin fired a live round of ammunition from a prop gun while on the set of the movie. The actor maintains he didn’t know the gun he fired contained a live round.
