President Trump received a lavish welcome in Qatar today, the second stop on his tour of Gulf nations. While the primary focus of his trip is making deals -- yesterday he announced a $600 billion deal with Saudi Arabia -- he also said he's lifting all sanctions on Syria that were imposed during that country's brutal civil war.
